Ultraviolet (UV) light rays from the sun not only can damage the skin, they can also harm the eyes. Long-term exposure to UV light increases the risk of cataracts, a clouding of the eye's lens. Some experts believe UV rays increase the risk of macular degeneration, a chronic disease that affects the central vision.
Sunglasses are an easy and effective way to protect against UV rays. "It's best to wear sunglasses any time you're outside and need sun protection," says Dr. Khan [source]To prepare my summer look, I went on a search for a perfect pair of sunglasses knowing they were crucial in protecting my eyes but I had to ensure it suited my style. I appreciate a lot of different styles and found a great website called Giant Vintage which sold sunglasses that ranged from vintage to modern style sunglasses.

I got three pairs of sunglasses from Giant Vintage Sunglasses and have been using them over a month. In a white box with brown string stuffing, I received three sunglasses with a sticker and a couple of tootsie rolls. Each pair of sunglasses were wrapped individually with a clear plastic bag that had a sticker of a cute sheep.

I enjoyed wearing each of these sunglasses! Depending on the look I'm going for I had a good range to choose from. On days I wanted to have eye protection without the darkness I used the Books sunglasses. I throw on Cleo for a modern look and I use the Chic-Tique to add a retro twist to my day's look.
Overall, I felt that these were great quality sunglasses and I appreciated the large variety of styles they had to choose from online! The prices are really affordable which was great!
